
Janet Ann Fraser, 53, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2000. A native of Port Huron, she moved to Atlanta with her husband in 1974 to build a career and start a family. She held a successful position in broadcast media planning and buying with McCann-Erickson before opening her own media-buying agency in 1981. There she held, as her premier account, WSB-TV for 15 years. She influenced countless careers and sucessfully balanced raising a family and running a business with love and integrity. She is survived by her husband, Randall M. Fraser, a 22-year old daughter, Brittany Ann Fraser, and a 20 year old son, Chase McGregor Fraser. She is also survived by her mother, Isabell Toles of Port Huron; sister, Judith Toles Corby and family of Port Huron; and sister, Jacklyn Toles Sullivan and family of San Diego. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 pm Thursday at the Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd, Sandy Springs.
