James Meade Williams 37, of 298 Flint River Drive, a former Port Huron resident, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Nov. 23, 1982 in his home.  He was born Dec 11, 1944 in Port Huron, where he lived until 1964.  He lived in Alabama since 1974.  He married Doris A. Tokarski July 2, 1971, in Marysville.  Mr. Williams attended Port Huron schools.  He served in the US Army from 1964 to 1974 and was in Vietnam for three tours of duty.  He worked at John Blues Equipment Co. until 1976, when illness forced his retirement.  He was a member of a DAV Chapter in Huntsville, AL.  He was a parishioner of Our Lady Queen of the Universe Catholic Church Huntsville. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, three sons, Eddie, Mike and Andy, New Market; his mother and stepfather, Edward and Addelena Belle Distelrath, Port Huron; his father, Frank A. Williams, Flint; two brothers, Edward Distelrath, Santa Maria, CA, and Patrick Distelrath, Belpre, OH; one sister, Mrs. Donald (Bonnie) Meador, Bangs, TX; and his grandmother, Mrs. Hazel Ryan, St. Clair.
